CBR Youth Connect's Mission:

"Our mission is to provide troubled youth with the means to become hopeful and productive citizens. To achieve this mission we serve, help, assist, and inspire. We serve children and families in crisis referred by county child welfare departments, courts, and youth corrections. We help hard-to-reach youth from troubled homes, alternative schools, diversion programs and treatment centers with histories of school drop-out, homelessness, teen pregnancy, delinquency, and mental health. We assist all youth, parents, and families manage the stresses, confusion, and trends in our society. We inspire kids and families to make strong connections and create their own paths."

Evoke Behavioral Health partners with CBR Youth Connect to provide ongoing in-house Mental Health services from a team supervised by Licensed Clinicians. Dr. Stephanie Fox, PsyD., owner of Four Corners Psychological Services, provides Psychological and Psychoeducational Evaluations to children and adolescents in the Denver Metro Area. Psychoeducational Evaluations are recommended when there are concerns with: Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disorders (Reading Disorders or Dyslexia, Math Disorders, Writing Disorders), and Executive Functioning Issues. Dr. Fox also provides IQ testing and updated psychoeducational testing, and IEP accommodation evaluations.

Psychological Evaluations are recommended when: The family or individual is looking to Identify a diagnosis, evaluate reasons for a lack of progress in therapy, the family or individual is seeking treatment recommendations, and observed emotional or behavioral issues. Brain and Body Integration provides Neurodevelopmental, neuropsychological, cognitive and educational diagnostic evaluations to both children and adults by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.). The assessments used at Brain and Body Integration are specifically tailored to each individual's concerns, and can both confirm and rule out common disorders such as Autism Spectrum disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disabilities, and psychological concerns (anxiety, depression, trauma). Brain and Body Integration also provides Pre-Doctoral and post-Doctoral internship training program, for students of clinical psychology.

Brain and Body Integration accepts Colorado Medicaid, Medicare, UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, TriCare, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, and private pay patients. Clermont Dental is based in Denver, Colorado. Clermont Dental serves the community with evidence-based dental excellence, honesty, and dedication to continuing education and cutting-edge technology. Dr. Atousa Safavi is committed to lifelong learning. She regularly attends continuing education classes to advance her knowledge of new technologies and better patient care. Clermont Dental provides a range of accommodations to patients needing a modified dental experience, such as providing mock dental appointments increasing in duration incrementally to work up to a full dental appointment. Clermont Dental is located adjacent to the Evoke Behavioral Health building, and we will provide support from your child's Evoke Clinical Team to attend a dental appointment with your child if tolerating health care appointments is part of your child's program. Kevin Fay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado and has worked in the mental health field since 2011. Kevin has extensive experience working with a variety of individuals including children and adults on the autism spectrum, individuals diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and others.

Kevin offers individual outpatient therapy and family therapy where appropriate. Kevin's therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and independent living skills, in addition to other effective methods. Kevin Fay Therapy accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and private pay options.
