Emily White, M. Ed, BCBA
Co-Founder | Chief Executive Officer
Emily is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2012. Emily has a Master's Degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis and most recently worked as the Behavioral Health Director for the Colorado Department of Human Services. Emily specializes in treating severe problem behavior in teens and young adults with co-occurring diagnoses.

Maddie Reid, M.S., BCBA
Co-Founder | Chief Operating Officer
Maddie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007. Maddie has a master's degree in Human Services Management and a passion for Organizational Behavior Management. Maddie has extensive experience working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Maddie has also consulted in employee wellness and behavior-based safety with a Fortune 500 company. Clinically, Maddie specializes in working with children and teens across the autism spectrum. In her free time, Maddie owns a greeting card company and enjoys time with her partner and 2 pups.

Ms. Elton, DO.g.
Unofficial Mascot
Elton is a 8-year-old Blue Heeler/Chihuahua mix, hailing from a wonderful rescue organization in North Carolina. Elton is the epitome of the quote, "every good Behavior Analyst has a bad dog at home". Due to the varying allergies of the individuals we serve, Elton, unfortunately, won't be around the Evoke center much, but she is happiest snoozing away at home, anyway.

Natalie Castelluccio, MS, BCBA
Day Treatment Director - Evoke North
Natalie is originally from the Boston area and moved to Denver in 2018. She earned her master's degree at Western New England University and has experience working in school, home, and residential settings. Natalie has been working in the field since 2013, and has been a BCBA since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Colorado to find new pizza places to try!

Mary Howell, MA, BCBA
Clinical Services Director
​Mary has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2015. She graduated from Western Michigan University and worked in San Jose, California before moving to Denver in 2017. She has worked with a wide variety of clients of varying ages and diagnoses in home, school, and center settings. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and cuddles with her pug, Henry!

Sam Lotter, MSW, LCSW
Mental Health Director
Samantha is a Licensed Social Worker since June of 2021, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since August of 2023. Samantha has been practicing ABA for two years. Samantha completed her Master of Social Work in 2018. Samantha has a passion for providing mental health services to children with Severe and challenging behavior. Samantha recently started practicing DBT therapy with children and teens across the Autism Spectrum and other related disorders.

Eliza Hinton, MS
Licensed Special Education Teacher &
Special Education Director
Eliza is a Special Education Generalist and has been an educator since 2020. She has her Master’s Degree in Psychology and ABA. Prior to starting her career as a Special Education Teacher, Eliza worked in multiple settings, both providing and overseeing in-home ABA, as well as working within a facility school in the greater Denver area. Eliza has experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder and other various developmental disabilities. Eliza’s favorite part of being a Special Education teacher is connecting with students and seeing them become more confident and independent when they accomplish their goals. When she is not at Evoke, you can find Eliza somewhere in the mountains with her dog Stanley.

Cheyenne Mickelson, MA, BCBA
Clinical Coordinator- Evoke North
Cheyenne has been in the field of Applied behavior Analysis since 2016. She completed her master's degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University and obtained her Board-certified Behavior Analyst certification in 2020. Cheyenne has experience working with children and adults with a variety of diagnoses and backgrounds across multiple settings such as center-based, in-home, schools, and community settings. Cheyenne has a passion for Severe Behavior Treatment and teaching Adaptive Daily Living Skills. Outside of the center, Cheyenne enjoys checking out concerts, new restaurant spots, and going out in nature.

Elizabeth LeFever, MA, BCBA
Clinical Coordinator- Evoke South
Elizabeth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015. She earned her Master’s degree in Professional Behavioral Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology in 2017. Elizabeth has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses in center, home and community settings. Additionally, Elizabeth has a passion for Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and staff development.
Outside of work you can catch Elizabeth taking her dogs Phil and Zev to the dog park, camping, and paddleboarding.

Moriah Montiel, MS, BCBA
Clinical Trainer
​Moriah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working in-field since 2015 and has been certified as a BCBA since 2019. Moriah has a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently working on her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well. She has experience working with both children and adults with a variety of developmental and behavioral diagnoses in need of behavioral services in-home, in-school, and in the community. In her free time, she enjoys visual and performing arts, playing with her Great Dane and Dachshund, and being in nature.

Alex Elfont, MS, BCBA, LABA
Clinical Supervisor
Alex is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University in 2015, Alex started as a teacher at The New England Center for Children, working with individuals with ASD. He went on to receive his MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in 2020. In his free time, Alex enjoys exercising and watching horror films!

Nathan Burns, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Nathan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with children on the Autism Spectrum since 2016, and practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. Nathan holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and is passionate about helping kids learn and achieve their goals in a way that is meaningful, productive, and enjoyable for them. Nathan has experience providing ABA therapy in a home, school, as well as center-based setting. Clinically, Nathan specializes in working with early intervention kiddos, as well as kiddos with severe challenging behaviors on the Autism Spectrum.

Sadie Holler, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Sadie is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing ABA since 2017. Her experience includes in home, day treatment, day programs and center settings. She is a Colorado native and attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate degree. She obtained her master's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and has been involved in the special education world since she was little as she has an older sister with a developmental disability. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and cuddling with her cats.

De'Angelo Martinez, M.Ed, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
DeAngelo is a Board-Certified Behavior Analysis and has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2021. DeAngelo has a master’s degree in special education from the University of Colorado Denver and was certified in 2023. Clinically, DeAngelo has experience in working with children and school aged adolescents across the autism spectrum on living skills and severe challenging behavior. He additionally enjoys supporting in the training of therapists existing or just entering the field of ABA. During his free time, DeAngelo likes to spend time with his family, pup, and playing video games.

Mary "Berkeley" Brown, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Berkeley is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017. Berkeley has a bachelor’s in Family and Child Sciences and a master's degree in ABA. Berkeley has experience working with individuals aged 3-23. Her passions include working with individuals with severe challenging behavior and comorbid diagnoses. Her passions outside of work include rock climbing, reading, and spending time with her dogs.

Megan Booerboom, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing in the field Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018. Megan has a master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis with a passion for working with diverse populations of individuals. Megan has worked with a range of individuals from toddlers to geriatric clients providing health care services. Clinically, Megan specializes in working with children and teens across the autism spectrum. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, exercising and a good brunch on the weekends.

Myste Hayes, MS, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Myste is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. Myste has a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her passions include working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She takes pride in advocating for cultural sensitivity, and loves helping address the cultural barriers in Applied Behavior Analysis. In her free time, Myste loves being a plant parent, and traveling the world.

Karah Brasher, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Karah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been Involved in the autism community since 2013. In 2015 she moved to Colorado and soon after discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She obtained her master’s degree from Arizona State University in 2020 and found her passion in working with adolescents with severe problem behaviors. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies and taking trips to the mountains with her husband and their two boys.

Sophia Stäubli, M.Ed, MAT
Licensed Special Education Teacher
Sophia has a strong background in teaching, curriculum design, special education, and teacher leadership development. Throughout her career, she has honed and demonstrated a deep understanding of instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs. She is adept at designing and implementing individualized education plans to support students with special needs and ensure their academic and personal growth.
Sophia has developed inclusive learning materials and resources that promote accessibility and inclusivity in the classroom. She is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
